New Delhi, India — The future of the Indian real estate and construction sectors just got a significant boost. Leading multistage fund-led accelerator India Accelerator (IA) has joined forces with strategic advisory firm V S Fortune to launch LeapFWD, a dedicated accelerator program aimed at transforming the Proptech and Construction Tech landscape.
This ambitious initiative features a joint funding pool of ₹100 to ₹150 crore, designed to identify, nurture, and scale ten high-potential startups ready to drive innovation in the built environment.
Shaping the Future of Building
LeapFWD is more than just a funding avenue; it’s a comprehensive, four-month accelerator set to empower early-stage ventures at the cutting edge of technology, sustainability, and construction efficiency. The program seeks to bridge the critical gap between technological innovation and practical industry adoption.
- Focus Areas: Startups will be selected based on their solutions in key domains, including smart real estate, automation in construction, sustainable materials, and digital infrastructure.
- Structured Growth: Participants will gain access to structured mentorship, invaluable business development opportunities, and strategic industry linkages.
- Real-World Application: A core benefit is the chance to pilot innovations with established real estate developers, infrastructure companies, and ecosystem partners, ensuring solutions are market-ready and scalable.
Key Program Milestones
The first cohort of LeapFWD is slated to commence in December 2025 and will conclude in March 2026. The culmination of the program will be a high-profile Demo Day, where founders will pitch their disruptive solutions to a curated audience of leading investors, corporate partners, and industry heavyweights.
India Accelerator, founded in 2017, brings its extensive expertise in diverse sectors, including AI, defense tech, and sustainability, while V S Fortune contributes its deep focus and strategic network within the real estate and construction ecosystems. Together, they are poised to accelerate India’s transition towards a more tech-enabled and sustainable built environment.
