NPrep, a placement-focused startup building an AI-driven skilling and job-readiness platform for nursing students and professionals, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by All In Capital, with participation from IIMA Ventures, Chegg founder Aayush Phumbhra, and multiple family offices and angel investors.
Founded in 2024 by Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, Gourav, and Shrey Gupta, NPrep focuses on bridging the employability gap for nursing students from Tier II and Tier III cities by offering tailored skilling content, AI-driven tools, and direct placement support.
The newly raised capital will be used to:
-
Expand course offerings
-
Strengthen AI-powered learning systems
-
Deepen placement partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions across India
In addition to educational modules, NPrep also offers mock interviews, resume-building assistance, and automated assessment tools to enhance students’ job readiness.
The platform claims to serve over 2 million learners every month and has added 40,000 students to its user base in the past six months alone. It plans to scale its domestic placement operations by FY26 and enter international markets by FY27.
NPrep is leveraging both medical and technological expertise to become a go-to platform for India’s rapidly growing healthcare talent pool.
