ServiceNow and LTM have strengthened their AI partnership to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI, combining ServiceNow’s AI Platform with LTM’s technology and industry expertise. The expanded collaboration will target more than 700 shared clients, helping businesses move beyond AI experimentation towards large-scale, governed deployments.
Partnership Focuses on Scaling Enterprise AI Adoption
ServiceNow and LTM announced the expanded partnership on November 5, 2026, with a focus on helping enterprises integrate agentic AI into their business operations.
Under the collaboration, LTM, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, will serve as a “client-zero” reference case by using its own internal AI deployments to develop joint solutions and go-to-market programmes.
The partnership aims to address the growing need for enterprises to move AI initiatives beyond isolated pilot projects and implement solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes across organisations.
LTM Deploys 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents
As part of its internal AI transformation, LTM has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents across its operations.
The company is also using ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower to provide centralised visibility and oversight of its AI inventory and associated risks. Through this system, LTM expects to achieve up to an 80% improvement in AI asset management efficiency.
The platform is designed to help enterprises monitor AI agents, strengthen governance and maintain accountability as AI adoption expands across business functions.
AI Delivering Measurable Business Improvements
LTM has already reported operational improvements through its use of ServiceNow solutions across cybersecurity, human resources and IT functions.
The deployments have contributed to up to 87% faster senior management review cycles, alongside a reduction in IT ticket volumes.
These developments highlight how AI-powered enterprise platforms can improve internal processes, reduce operational workloads and support faster decision-making.
Focus on AI Governance and Accountability
Commenting on the expanded partnership, Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer at LTM, said the collaboration would help enterprises translate AI experimentation into tangible business impact by combining the ServiceNow platform with LTM’s engineering and transformation capabilities.
Kulmeet Bawa, GVP and Managing Director at ServiceNow India and SAARC, highlighted the importance of governance as enterprises increasingly deploy AI agents.
He noted that every AI agent represents a new enterprise identity that requires visibility and accountability. ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower is designed to address these requirements by providing centralised oversight of AI assets and associated risks.
Driving the Next Phase of Enterprise AI Transformation
With more than 700 shared customers in focus, the expanded partnership aims to help enterprises adopt agentic AI solutions at scale while maintaining the governance and operational controls required for large organisations.
By combining ServiceNow’s AI capabilities with LTM’s technology expertise and internal deployment experience, the companies are looking to accelerate enterprise AI transformation and deliver measurable improvements across business operations.
