Enterprise agentic AI startup SuperManager AGI, formerly known as Oqlous AI, is in the acquisition process with a Fortune 500 global firm in a deal valued at ₹50 crore.
Founded in February 2025, the startup has reached the potential acquisition stage in less than two years, making the development notable in India’s rapidly evolving enterprise AI and deeptech ecosystem.
The transaction would see the global firm acquire SuperManager AGI’s proprietary technology stack and bring its founding team into the organisation to help scale the platform globally.
From A College Venture To A Fortune 500 Opportunity
SuperManager AGI was founded by college friends Nirmal Nambiar and Aditya Sharma with the ambition of changing how large enterprises execute complex projects.
Instead of building AI tools primarily for individual productivity, the founders focused on developing an autonomous AI platform capable of handling entire project execution.
The company’s proposition is centred around a fundamental question: Can AI agents move beyond assisting employees project managers to actually executing complexentire project work?
SuperManager AGI has built its platform around this premise, targeting, operations and other enterprise environments where projects typically involve multiple teams, large volumes of data and interconnected workflows.
Building Proprietary Agentic AI Infrastructure
At the core of SuperManager AGI’s technology are its proprietary Beehive Agentic Architecture and Agentic Data Architecture (ADA).
The Beehive architecture is designed to coordinate multiple AI agents, while ADA focuses on how agents access, process, and work with enterprise data without APIs, MCPs/CLIs.
The company says its architecture has been developed to address some of the challenges associated with deploying AI at an enterprise level, including hallucinations, latency, reliability and scalability.
The company’s work on Agentic Data Architecture has also been published as a peer-reviewed research paper, adding an academic research component to its technology development.
This combination of proprietary architecture, research and enterprise deployment forms a key part of the technology that has attracted interest from global organisations.
500+ Organisations Already Using The Platform
Despite being incorporated only in 2025, SuperManager AGI has built a customer and organisational base of more than 500 organisations, including Fortune 500 companies.
The startup has also established strategic relationships across India and globally, with partnerships involving Z.ai, Zomato (Eternal), Sarvam and Swiggy, along with Fortune 500 firms.
The company is also backed by Perplexity and industry leaders, providing further visibility and credibility as it expands within the enterprise AI ecosystem.
For SuperManager AGI, this traction has helped demonstrate that its technology is not being developed solely as an experimental AI product, but is being deployed in enterprise environments where reliability and scalability are critical.
Why The Fortune Giant Is Looking At SuperManager AGI
The potential acquisition comes at a time when firms globally are exploring ways to integrate AI deeper into project execution.
Traditional engagements depend heavily on human teams to analyse information, coordinate agents, prepare deliverables and execute projects. Agentic AI could potentially automate parts of these processes while allowing teams to manage a larger volume of work.
SuperManager AGI has positioned itself around this emerging opportunity by building AI agents capable of working across multi-step project workflowsmanagement & execution.
For the acquiring firm, purchasing an existing platform could provide access to proprietary AI architecture, enterprise deployments and an experienced founding team, rather than developing the technology entirely in-house.
What The ₹50 Crore Deal Could Mean
Under the proposed transaction, the Fortune 500 firm would acquire the company’s Beehive Agentic Architecture and Agentic Data Architecture, while the founding team would become part of the organisation and contribute to the platform’s global expansion.
However, the ₹50 crore transaction has not yet closed, and the acquisition process remains active.
The deal could become an important milestone for India’s deeptech ecosystem, particularly for startups developing proprietary AI infrastructure for global enterprise customers.
It would also underline the increasing willingness of international enterprises to acquire technology and talent from India’s emerging AI ecosystem rather than relying exclusively on internal development.
For SuperManager AGI, the journey from incorporation in February 2025 to a potential Fortune 500 acquisition in less than two years represents a rapid transition from a college-founded startup to a global enterprise technology opportunity.
