Prowrrap Raises ₹4 Crore Seed Round to Simplify B2B Procurement

Delhi-based B2B procurement platform Prowrrap has secured ₹4 crore in Seed funding led by Calance Software Pvt Ltd and investor Amit Govil. The company plans to pursue a Series A round in the next 18–24 months to further accelerate growth.

The fresh capital will be deployed to enhance technology capabilities, expand distribution networks across India, and deepen its focus on sectors such as quick commerce, fresh & natural produce (FnV), e-commerce, and MSMEs.

Founded in 2024 by brothers Sagar K. Saxena and Rishabh K. Saxena, Prowrrap offers a design-to-distribution procurement platform for packaging materials, warehouse assets, and turnkey projects. The platform aims to simplify supply chain operations by providing speed, quality, and cost efficiency for MSMEs and high-growth enterprises.

Currently serving clients across tier-I and select tier-II cities, the company plans to expand operations to 25 cities by the next fiscal year.

According to market estimates, India’s packaging industry is valued at $101 billion and projected to grow to $170 billion by 2030, with adjacent sectors such as warehouse automation growing at a 16% CAGR—a market opportunity Prowrrap is positioning itself to tap.
