E-commerce-focused logistics and supply chain firm XpressBees has appointed Mohit Sardana as Chief Executive Officer of its B2C vertical. In this role, Sardana will oversee the company’s entire consumer operations, focusing on scalable delivery solutions and enhanced customer experience in India’s rapidly growing e-commerce market.
Sardana brings over two decades of leadership expertise across strategy, operations, and digital transformation. Prior to joining XpressBees, he was the COO of Zomato’s food delivery business and part of the leadership team at Blinkit Commerce. He has also held senior positions at MakeMyTrip and Accenture, where he played a key role in scaling operations and driving business growth.
Welcoming Sardana, Amitava Saha, MD & CEO of XpressBees, said:
“Mohit’s expertise in scaling consumer businesses and leading digital-first transformation will be key to strengthening our B2C operations.”
Founded in 2015, XpressBees has built itself into a leading logistics solutions provider, covering e-commerce, B2B, 3PL, and cross-border logistics. The company is backed by investors such as Blackstone, TPG, and Alibaba, and has raised a total of $625 million in funding to date, according to TheKredible.
In July 2023, XpressBees acquired courier firm Trackon and appointed Uday R. Sharma as Chief Business Officer for B2B, 3PL, and cross-border segments, further expanding its leadership structure.
The appointment of Sardana signals XpressBees’ strong focus on scaling its B2C vertical and delivering best-in-class consumer logistics solutions in India’s booming e-commerce ecosystem.
