The investment was led by Rainmatter Investments, with notable participation from WEH Ventures and a strong lineup of angel investors, including Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari (PhysicsWallah), and Arjun Vaidya.

The freshly secured capital will be strategically deployed to fortify Praan Health’s product and technology capabilities, significantly expand its clinical and coaching teams, and scale its service delivery network across India. This move aims to meet the growing demand for specialized chronic care among the senior population.

Founded in 2024 by Navneeth Ramprasad, Praan Health is dedicated to helping parents aged 50 and above achieve longer, stronger, and pain-free lives. The platform operates on a unique lifestyle-first chronic care model, focusing on habit transformation to reverse and manage persistent health issues.

Praan Health has recently launched a mobile application designed to simplify the management of parents’ health journeys for young adults. This one-stop platform enables users to handle crucial aspects like:
