Infra-Tech Startup Planck Raises $500K to Power Next-Gen Edge Data Centers and AI-Driven Analytics

Planck, an infra-tech startup focused on building intelligent tools for next-generation analytics and sustainable edge data centers, has secured $500,000 in an ongoing pre-seed funding round. The investment, led by Saarthee Actionable Insights, a US-based analytical firm, pegs Planck’s valuation at ₹30 crore.

The startup said the fresh capital will be used to accelerate go-to-market efforts, driving adoption of its cutting-edge infrastructure and data analytics solutions.

Founded by Shishir Miglani, Planck is positioning itself as a transformative force in India’s digital infrastructure landscape. The company aims to build the digital backbone of the country by delivering scalable, Make-in-India edge data centers (EDCs) with global and military-grade standards.

Planck’s modular EDC solutions cater to a wide range of industries, including corporates, financial institutions, media groups, healthcare, automation, telcos, ISPs, and more. Its product suite includes innovations in data storage, OTT and live streaming, e-sports, and on-premises private cloud setups — all designed to support data-sensitive and compute-intensive operations.

At the heart of Planck’s offering is Quanta, a proprietary solution that combines AI and data management capabilities to enhance infrastructure performance and operational efficiency. The company believes its collaboration with Saarthee and other partners will strengthen its position as a go-to provider of intelligent, modular, and scalable data infrastructure.

“We are committed to building sustainable, secure, and high-performance edge data centers that empower India’s digital future,” said Miglani in a statement.

Planck’s focus on sustainability, localization, and innovation places it firmly on the map as a Make-in-India infra-tech pioneer, targeting both domestic and global markets with modular, intelligent, and self-controlled edge data center solutions.
