TORQ Labs Launches to Back Early-Stage Supply Chain & Logistics Startups

The founders of All In Capital, Aditya Singh and Kushal Bhagia, in partnership with Nikhil Agarwal, President of CJ Darcl Logistics, have announced the launch of TorQLabs, a pre-seed investment platform dedicated to startups in supply chain, logistics, and adjacent sectors.

TorQLabs will invest up to ₹5 crore per startup, providing early-stage founders not only with capital, but also operational mentorship and access to industry networks.

The platform’s investment focus spans FreightTech, Logistics SaaS, Mobility & Fleet Optimization, Smart Warehousing, Infrastructure Tech, AI, Automation, IoT for supply chain visibility, sustainability, and green logistics.

Each year, TorQLabs will select two high-impact startups, supporting them from the earliest stages to build scalable, intelligent solutions for India’s rapidly evolving logistics ecosystem.

Under the arrangement, All In Capital will oversee startup scouting and selection, while Nikhil Agarwal will provide hands-on operational guidance, leveraging his expertise in transforming India’s end-to-end transport and logistics operations.

This launch follows All In Capital’s announcement of its second fund in March 2025, aimed at investing in 50 companies over the next three years.
