Spike AI, a startup building the world’s first autonomous marketing intelligence system, has raised $1.9 million in a pre-seed round led by Sorin Investments, co-founded by Sanjay Nayar and Angad Banga.
Other participants include Principal Venture Partners (Bay Area), GSI, and several strategic investors.
Founded in 2024 by Deepesh Kumar and Shrestha Pratik, Spike AI is developing MAGI – a self-driving growth engine designed to replace fragmented marketing tools and manual guesswork. The platform serves as an adaptive, explainable AI-based operating system for marketing teams.
MAGI continuously analyzes marketing channels, identifies bottlenecks, and executes real-time improvements across websites, paid media, SEO, email, and influencer campaigns. By automating decision-making and orchestration, the platform aims to offer businesses a data-driven, unified alternative to complex, siloed marketing stacks.
The company will use the fresh funds to accelerate MAGI’s rollout, targeting enterprises and brands that want to optimize marketing performance with minimal human intervention.
“Just as Salesforce transformed CRM, we believe MAGI will redefine marketing orchestration,” said Deepesh Kumar, Co-founder, Spike AI.
