RevRag.AI, an enterprise AI agent platform, has acquired GenStaq.ai, a modular LLMOps and workflow orchestration startup, to fortify its infrastructure and speed up the development of secure, scalable AI agents for enterprises.
The acquisition represents a strategic step in RevRag.AI’s expansion, enhancing both its enterprise traction and go-to-market execution. With GenStaq’s plug-and-play LLMOps stack integrated into its system, RevRag.AI now has end-to-end control—spanning from application-level agents to infrastructure management.

Founded in 2024, GenStaq.ai developed a developer-first, modular LLMOps platform, offering RAG pipelines, vector infrastructure, and session-based APIs, enabling enterprises to build and deploy large-scale AI workflows with reliability. RevRag.AI had already been a GenStaq client before the acquisition, making the integration a natural fit both technologically and culturally.
Post-acquisition, the GenStaq founding team will join RevRag.AI’s core product and engineering leadership, driving advancements in agentic workflows and enterprise AI systems.
Moving forward, RevRag.AI plans to scale enterprise partnerships, enhance autonomous AI agent capabilities, and strengthen its footprint in the rapidly evolving Generative AI ecosystem.
