Incuspaze Acquires Trios to Strengthen Pune Play, Eyes ₹400 Cr Revenue by FY26

In a strategic move to deepen its footprint in one of India’s fastest-growing commercial hubs, Incuspaze, a leading managed office space provider, has acquired Pune-based co-working firm Trios in a cash-and-stock deal.

While the size of the deal remains undisclosed, Incuspaze confirmed it is a 100% acquisition, which will immediately boost its topline by 10–15%, propelling it closer to its ₹350–400 crore revenue target for FY25–26.

Launched in 2016, Incuspaze has grown its footprint to over 50 locations across 18 cities, managing a robust 40 lakh sq. ft. portfolio. Trios, founded in 2017, operates 12 centers across Pune and Gurugram, making it a well-entrenched player in the western India co-working scene.

“This acquisition is not just about scale—it’s about synergy. Trios aligns with our values and vision, and this step empowers us to deliver a more consistent, high-quality workspace experience nationwide,” said Sanjay Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Incuspaze.

The deal is aimed at capturing the surging demand for flexible and hybrid workspaces, especially in Pune, which continues to emerge as a top-tier corporate destination.

The acquisition also supports Incuspaze’s pan-India growth ambitions by driving cost efficiencies, streamlining operations, and ensuring a standardized customer experience across all centers.

In parallel, Incuspaze has ventured into the office leasing and fit-out solutions space with the launch of its new vertical FlexLeaze, led by newly appointed co-founder & CEO Rahul Sarin. This expansion will allow the company to offer end-to-end workspace solutions for large corporates under one roof.

With this two-pronged strategy—acquisitions and vertical expansion—Incuspaze is gearing up to play a long-term role in shaping the future of managed offices in India.
