Honasa Consumer Appoints Shivang Jain as CEO of BTM Ventures to Lead Reginald Men’s Next Growth Phase

Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, has appointed Shivang Jain as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BTM Ventures, the parent company of men’s personal care brand Reginald Men.

In his new role, Jain will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, business operations, and overall growth of BTM Ventures as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

Before taking on this position, Jain served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa Consumer. During his tenure, he worked closely with the company’s founders on corporate strategy, portfolio expansion, business planning, and several other key business initiatives.

The leadership appointment comes after Honasa Consumer acquired a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025. Following the acquisition, Jain will now lead the growth of Reginald Men as the brand expands its presence in India’s men’s personal care market.

Commenting on his appointment, Shivang Jain said he is excited about the opportunity to strengthen both businesses, accelerate innovation, and create greater value for consumers.

Jain brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Before joining Honasa Consumer, he held leadership roles at Avendus Capital, EY, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani, BTM Ventures operates Reginald Men, a science-led skincare and personal care brand focused on products designed specifically for men.

With Jain taking charge as CEO, the company is expected to focus on strengthening the Reginald Men brand, driving innovation, and expanding its footprint in the fast-growing personal care segment.
