HealthQuad Appoints Namit Chugh as Director to Strengthen Deep-Tech and Digital Healthcare Investments

HealthQuad, the healthcare-focused venture capital arm of Quadria Group, has announced the appointment of Namit Chugh as Director, marking a strategic move to deepen its focus on deep-tech and tech-enabled healthcare models.

Chugh brings over 15 years of experience in healthtech investing and consulting. He joins HealthQuad from W Health Ventures, where he led investments in notable startups such as mental health platform Wysa, diabetes care company BeatO, and parenting startup Mylo. He also played a key role in launching 2070 Health, India’s only seed-to-venture healthtech platform.

In his new role at HealthQuad, Chugh will be responsible for sourcing, investing in, and scaling high-impact startups in areas such as digital care, medtech, and biopharma. His appointment aligns with HealthQuad’s strategy under its recently launched Fund III, which aims to raise up to $200 million, with an additional greenshoe option of $100 million.

According to the company, Chugh’s addition will strengthen HealthQuad’s early-stage investment capabilities and further its mission of building healthcare ventures that deliver meaningful health outcomes while generating strong investor returns.

HealthQuad has been at the forefront of catalyzing innovation in India’s healthcare ecosystem, and with Chugh’s expertise, the firm aims to deepen its footprint in transformative healthcare segments.
