New Delhi, November 3, 2025 – GoKwik, the e-commerce enablement startup, has announced the elevation of Abhinav Midha as its Chief Business Officer (CBO). In his new role, Midha will lead the company’s business strategy, sales, and agency partnerships as GoKwik expands its e-commerce SaaS offerings across India and international markets.
Earlier in July 2025, GoKwik appointed Vargab Bakshi as Chief Growth Officer to spearhead global expansion, marketing, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.
Midha, who joined GoKwik four years ago as VP – Sales, has been instrumental in building the company’s go-to-market function and scaling revenues while ensuring profitability. Under his leadership, GoKwik’s product suite evolved from a checkout solution to a multi-product commerce stack catering to D2C brands.
With nearly two decades of experience across retail, e-commerce, and SaaS, Midha previously co-founded Shopholix, managed merchandising and retail operations at Café Coffee Day, and led partnerships at Magicpin, collaborating with top retail and F&B brands.
GoKwik powers over 15,000 brands, including Lenskart, Neeman’s, Mamaearth, and Man Matters, across categories such as fashion, beauty, electronics, wellness, and lifestyle. Its platform serves a network of more than 200 million shoppers, helping brands boost conversion rates, reduce return-to-origin (RTO), and enhance customer retention.
The company has raised $68 million to date, with the most recent $13 million growth round in June 2025 led by RTP Global. Earlier, GoKwik had secured $35 million in Series B funding in May 2022, led by Think Investments and RTP Global.
