BUSINESSNEXT, an India-headquartered autonomous banking platform ranked No. 1 globally by Forrester for Financial Services CRM, has secured USD 40 million in a Series C funding round led by ServiceNow Ventures, taking the company’s valuation to USD 700 million.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the development of private artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and autonomous banking operations, enabling financial institutions to deploy AI models within their own secure environments while remaining compliant with India’s evolving data governance, privacy, and sovereignty regulations.
The investment marks a significant milestone for India’s enterprise technology ecosystem, positioning the Noida-based fintech infrastructure company at the forefront of the global AI-driven transformation of banking. Backing from ServiceNow Ventures, the investment arm of one of the world’s leading enterprise software companies, is expected to strengthen BUSINESSNEXT’s international expansion and product innovation.
As banks worldwide increasingly adopt AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making, BUSINESSNEXT aims to offer financial institutions greater control over sensitive banking data through private AI deployments. The approach addresses growing regulatory expectations around data localization while enabling organizations to harness advanced AI capabilities without compromising security or compliance.
The company plans to leverage the new funding to further enhance its autonomous banking platform, integrating AI-led automation across customer engagement, lending, decision intelligence, and operational workflows.
Headquartered in Noida, BUSINESSNEXT has established itself as a major player in digital banking technology. Its platform is currently deployed across more than 75,000 banking branches, serving over one billion end customers and supporting more than one million bankers worldwide.
The platform combines customer experience orchestration, AI-driven decisioning, lending automation, and agent-based execution to help financial institutions modernize banking operations. BUSINESSNEXT has also been recognized as the No. 1 Digital Banking platform by Forrester, reinforcing its position in the global financial technology landscape.
The latest funding comes at a time when financial institutions are increasingly investing in AI-first banking infrastructure, making BUSINESSNEXT one of the prominent Indian enterprise software companies driving innovation in the global banking sector.
