Stylework Raises $1 Million in Pre-Series B Funding to Expand Flexible Workspace Platform Across India

Flexible workspace platform Stylework has secured $1 million in equity funding in the second close of its pre-Series B funding round. The round was led by Auxano Capital and also saw participation from family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The latest investment comes after the first close of the pre-Series B round, which was backed by Equentis Angel Fund, Karekeba Ventures/Cogniphy AIF Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and LetsVenture Fund. With this second close, Stylework has raised more than $3.5 million in its pre-Series B round, taking its total funding to over $6.5 million across four funding rounds.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its presence across Tier I and Tier II cities, strengthen its technology platform, and deepen partnerships with enterprise customers.

Founded in 2016 by Spaarsh Khandelwaal, Stylework provides a platform that enables businesses to discover, book, and manage flexible workspaces across India. The company connects enterprises with more than 10,000 workspace centres spread across 125 cities, helping organizations adopt flexible workplace strategies.

According to the company, Stylework has achieved a gross merchandise value (GMV) of more than Rs 340 crore this year. It also reported an annual net revenue run rate exceeding Rs 50 crore and said it has remained profitable for the second consecutive year, recording over Rs 2 crore in profit.

Stylework offers a wide range of workspace solutions, including coworking spaces, managed offices, meeting rooms, Flexipasses, and multi-location workspace services. In addition, its SaaS platforms, Flexboard and Stylework.ai, help enterprises manage office occupancy, employee rostering, workspace budgets, and access controls from a single platform.

With hybrid work becoming a long-term strategy for many organizations, Stylework aims to strengthen its technology capabilities and expand its footprint across more Indian cities while continuing to support enterprises with flexible workspace solutions.
