Satark AI, a next-generation cybersecurity startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round from Infynno Solutions through convertible notes at a $3 million valuation cap.
The capital infusion will be used to accelerate product development and scale its AI-powered autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure — a platform designed to augment and replicate the decision-making capabilities of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and governance teams.

Founded in June 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI operates as an autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure that continuously manages governance, compliance, and risk oversight through an integrated, AI-driven approach.
The system functions via a network of intelligent agents that oversee areas such as policy, risk, compliance, threat detection, and governance — working together to deliver real-time oversight, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
