Ringg AI Secures $5.5M Series A to Disrupt Global Voice Commerce; Targets 100M Conversations

Ringg AI, the Bengaluru-based pioneer in multilingual voice-AI orchestration, has raised $5.5 million (approx. ₹48 crore) in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from White Venture Capital, Capital2B, and a stellar lineup of individual backers including Kunal Shah (CRED) and the Groww Founder Fund.

The company plans to use the capital to build high-performance GPU clusters, expand its global go-to-market teams, and invest in proprietary AI models to eliminate dependency on third-party APIs—drastically reducing deployment cycles for enterprises.

The No-Code Voice Revolution

Founded in October 2023, Ringg AI has rapidly become the preferred orchestration platform for enterprises looking to automate complex voice interactions. Unlike traditional IVR systems, Ringg AI offers a no-code platform that allows businesses to deploy sophisticated “Voice Agents” for both inbound and outbound use cases.

The platform is currently solving critical bottlenecks across diverse sectors:

  • Fintech & E-commerce: Automating collections, lead qualification, and delivery confirmations for giants like CRED, Flipkart, and Shiprocket.

  • Logistics & Healthcare: Managing logistics coordination and appointment scheduling for Shell and PharmEasy.

  • HR Tech: Streamlining candidate screening through automated first-level voice interviews.

77% Automation: A Global Benchmark

Ringg AI’s technology is already handling 1.5 million customer conversations per month. Most impressively, 77% of these interactions are resolved entirely by AI, requiring zero human intervention.

To cater to a global market, the platform supports 18 languages, including:

  • 10 Indian Languages: Capturing the “Bharat” market for domestic giants.

  • Global Reach: English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, and Bahasa.

Strategic Roadmap: From 1.5M to 100M

With active pilots running in the GCC region, US-East, and North America, Ringg AI is positioning itself as a global deep-tech player. The startup has set an aggressive target to scale to 100 million voice interactions over the next 12 months, with a long-term vision of hitting 100 million interactions per month by 2027.

“Voice is the most natural interface for the next billion users. By building our own proprietary models and GPU infrastructure, we are ensuring that enterprises can deploy human-like voice agents that are faster, more reliable, and culturally nuanced,” said the Ringg AI Founding Team.
