Jeh Aerospace Secures $11 Million Funding to Expand Operations and Workforce

Aerospace manufacturing startup Jeh Aerospace has raised $11 million in a fresh funding round led by Elevation Capital, with continued support from existing backer General Catalyst, based in San Francisco.

This latest round follows an earlier $2.75 million seed funding led by General Catalyst, which also saw participation from prominent angel investors including Pratyush Kumar and Dwarkanath Srinivas. In July, Jeh Aerospace also received undisclosed strategic investment from IndiGo Ventures, the venture arm of India’s largest airline.

The company announced that the new capital will be deployed to strengthen operations, scale its workforce, and expand its footprint in both India and the US.

Founded in 2022 by Vishal Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, Jeh Aerospace provides manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain management solutions to the global aerospace and defence (A&D) sectors. The startup specializes in aerostructure and aero-engine components and assemblies, adhering to global aerospace quality standards.

Jeh Aerospace leverages software-defined manufacturing—an advanced model that integrates automation, AI, and software to create flexible and scalable production systems capable of producing high-quality aerospace parts efficiently. The company operates under a hybrid model, manufacturing some parts in-house while relying on a vetted network of suppliers.

“We will be investing significantly in our capabilities from this round across operations and technology and continue building strong teams in the US and India,” said Vishal Sanghavi, CEO and Co-founder of Jeh Aerospace.

The startup aims to alleviate global supply chain bottlenecks by offering scalable, compliant, and ready-to-deploy manufacturing solutions for the aerospace and defence industry.

With this funding, Jeh Aerospace is poised to become a critical partner in modernizing and scaling aerospace manufacturing globally.
