From Healthcare to Homes: PharmEasy Co-founders Unveil ‘All Home’ to Disrupt India’s Interior Market

After reshaping how India accessed medicines, Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia are now turning their attention to something just as personal—our living spaces.

The co-founders of PharmEasy, one of India’s most recognized healthtech startups, have quietly been working on a new consumer venture—All Home, a platform aimed at bringing order, scale, and innovation to India’s fragmented home and interior design market.

Officially launched after operating in stealth for six months, All Home is already live with curated brands like Colour Coats, House of W, and Fiamarc, offering a full-stack solution for everything from sanitaryware and modular kitchens to lighting, wardrobes, furniture, and furnishings.

In their own words:

“After roti and kapda, India’s next consumer boom lies in ‘makaan’. All Home is about building trusted brands for how India lives, builds, and renovates—across homes, offices, and urban infrastructure.”

Their mission? Solve a real pain point that millions of Indians face today—the lack of reliable, modern, and tech-driven channels for interior and infrastructure products. The platform plans to bridge this by partnering with profitable, omnichannel brands and enabling them through tech, designer insights, and streamlined manufacturing-distribution systems.

Backed by a stellar group of investors, All Home has already raised a $20M round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, pushing its valuation past $120M. Angel investors include Siddharth Shah (PharmEasy), Niket Shah & Shalibhadra Shah (Motilal Oswal), Kabir Narang (B Capital), and Ankur Gulati (Warburg Pincus), among others.

The venture marks a bold pivot for the founders, coming just five months after their formal exit from PharmEasy, which is now helmed solely by Siddharth Shah and navigating a rough patch post-FY24.

But for Dharmil, Dhaval, and Hardik, the move is less about leaving healthcare behind and more about embracing India’s next big consumer wave—‘makaan’.

As millions across the country aspire to build better homes and workspaces, All Home could well become the blueprint for India’s next design revolution.
