Mumbai-based causal decision intelligence startup FireAI has secured Rs 2.5 crore in strategic funding from SucSEED Indovation Fund. The investment will help the company strengthen its enterprise go-to-market strategy, expand its sales operations, and further develop its AI-powered decision intelligence platform.
The latest capital infusion also reflects continued confidence from SucSEED Indovation Fund, one of FireAI’s earliest seed investors, as the company continues to scale its enterprise business.
Funding to Support Sales Expansion and Product Development
FireAI said it will use 55% of the fresh capital to expand its enterprise sales team and accelerate regional market expansion. Another 35% will be invested in research and development to strengthen the platform’s core causal AI capabilities, while the remaining 10% will be allocated towards administrative operations and setting up new office spaces.
Helping Enterprises Make Smarter Decisions with AI
As enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven decision intelligence, FireAI aims to move businesses beyond traditional dashboards and business intelligence tools.
The platform enables organizations to analyze complex business environments using anomaly detection, causal chain analysis, and explainable AI. It also offers a natural language interface supporting more than 90 languages, allowing business leaders to interact with enterprise data through conversational analytics.
By integrating directly with existing enterprise systems, FireAI delivers traceable and actionable insights that help decision-makers respond faster and make more informed business decisions.
Founder on the Latest Investment
Commenting on the funding, Vipul Prakash, Founder and CEO of FireAI, said the reinvestment reflects the confidence of investors who have supported the company from its early days.
He added that the company is focused on expanding its presence across India by strengthening its sales infrastructure and making causal decision intelligence a seamless part of enterprise workflows as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
