CoreOps.AI Raises $3.5M Pre-Series A to Modernise Enterprise Systems With AI-First Approach

Enterprise software startup CoreOps.AI has secured $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round, marking a significant step in its mission to simplify how large organisations upgrade and operate their legacy systems. The round was led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettlebrough, Aroa Venture Partners, and several individual investors.

Founded in 2024 by industry veterans Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Rajiv Srivastava, CoreOps.AI was built around a simple belief: digital transformation shouldn’t take years, endless consulting cycles, or heavy stacks of fragmented tools. Instead, the company offers an AI-driven platform that helps enterprises consolidate data, automate operations, and modernise decades-old systems with far more agility.

Today, the platform already supports 20+ enterprise use cases across sectors like manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare—industries where operational bottlenecks often slow down growth.

With the fresh capital, CoreOps.AI plans to boost its engineering capabilities, speed up product development, and scale deployments for large enterprise customers. The startup positions itself as a platform-first alternative to traditional consulting-led transformation, replacing long project timelines with automation-led upgrades and seamless data integration.

As enterprises globally push for efficiency, accuracy, and faster decision-making, CoreOps.AI is betting that an automation-first, AI-native model is the future of enterprise operations.
