All Things People (ATP), a next-generation human resources technology startup, has raised ₹7 crore in a seed round from investors including Varun Alagh (Founder & CEO, Honasa), Amit Dalmia, Alex von Behr, Vivek Gambhir, and Amit Sinha.
The funding will be used to enhance and scale ATP’s flagship product, atp|reflect, focusing on continuous employee listening, advanced analytics, actionable insights, secure infrastructure, and marketing and sales expansion.
Founded in 2024 by Anish Singh, Kshitij Jain, and Shashank Shekhar, ATP combines artificial intelligence, people science, and organizational insights to deliver personalized, scalable HR solutions. Its platform, atp|reflect, enables organizations to listen to employees continuously, analyze workforce trends, and take actionable steps to improve engagement and growth.
Within a short period, ATP has onboarded 15 clients, including a Big Four consulting firm, leading automobile manufacturers, premium hotel chains, unicorn startups, e-commerce players, and pharmaceutical companies. The startup currently serves clients in India, Australia, and Sri Lanka and aims to expand its global footprint further.
With the global HR technology market valued at $36 billion in 2024 and projected to reach $69.6 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 7.6%, ATP is positioning itself as a transformative force in employee experience and workplace engagement.
