AI-driven fintech startup Pascal AI has secured $3.1 million in seed funding, with the round led by Kalaari Capital and participation from Norwest Venture Partners, Info Edge Ventures, Antler, and a group of prominent angel investors.
The capital infusion will be used to accelerate the company’s efforts in building autonomous investment research workflows—a step beyond conventional automation—designed to transform how private equity firms, asset managers, and institutional investors make decisions.
Founded in 2023, Pascal AI has already deployed its technology across 25+ global financial institutions, offering scalable and enterprise-grade AI solutions tailored for investment teams. By combining machine intelligence with robust auditability and security frameworks, the company enables clients to conduct research more efficiently, without compromising trust or transparency.
The seed round also saw backing from a diverse group of seasoned investors, including Akash Prakash, Vikas Jain, Giridhar Malpani, Bastin Gerald, Dhruva Mukherjee, Rohan Chalsani, Thomas Y., Abhilash Narahari, Ankush Sachdeva, Deepti Sarma, Karthik Manivannan, Nagarajan Sivaramakrishnan, Venkat Sivaramakrishnan, Puneet Kumar, Dheeraj Ravi, and Rohan Hemrajani.
With this fresh funding, Pascal AI plans to scale its platform from workflow automation to full autonomy in investment research, positioning itself at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI-in-finance landscape.
