AI-native consumer brands platform BCT Ventures has raised Rs 42 crore in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, as it launches operations with a mission to build next-generation consumer brands powered by artificial intelligence.
The company will initially focus on the nutrition and wellness segment, leveraging its proprietary AI technology to streamline consumer insights, product development, and go-to-market strategies. Over time, BCT Ventures plans to replicate the model across multiple consumer categories.
Founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar, and Anubhav Sonthalia, the startup combines expertise in consumer brands, digital growth, audience development, mergers and acquisitions, and venture building to create an AI-first consumer platform.
At the core of BCT Ventures’ business model are three proprietary AI engines—Nucleus, Resonance, and Meridian—designed to transform the way consumer brands are built and scaled.
Resonance focuses on audience development and consumer insights by combining practitioner-led content with AI-powered workflows to better understand customer demand and emerging market trends.
Nucleus converts practitioner expertise, audience demand signals, and AI-driven analysis into new product ideas, enabling the company to develop protocol-led products tailored to evolving consumer needs.
Meanwhile, Meridian powers marketing operations by optimizing creative testing, media buying, budget allocation, and return on advertising spend (ROAS), helping brands scale more efficiently through AI-enabled decision-making.
According to the company, these three AI engines operate in a closed-loop system, where consumer demand continuously influences product development, marketing execution, and future product improvements. This integrated approach enables faster innovation while reducing the time required to launch and scale consumer brands.
BCT Ventures plans to build brands around three key pillars—protocol-led products, practitioner-led audiences, and AI-enabled growth systems—creating a technology-driven framework that blends expert knowledge with data-backed consumer insights.
The newly raised capital will support the company’s product development, technology infrastructure, brand creation, and market expansion as it seeks to redefine how consumer brands are conceived, launched, and scaled in India.
With increasing adoption of AI across the consumer sector, BCT Ventures aims to establish itself as a leading AI-native consumer platform, beginning with nutrition and wellness before expanding into additional high-growth categories.
