MarqVision Secures $48M Series B to Redefine Global Brand Protection with AI

MarqVision, a Y Combinator-backed startup (YC S21), has raised $48 million in Series B funding to scale its AI-powered platform designed to protect brands against counterfeiting, impersonation, unauthorized sales, and digital piracy. The round was led by Peak XV Partners, marking one of the largest funding milestones in the brand protection space.

Founded by Mark I. Lee, MarqVision is building a new category of AI-first brand protection, combining legal intelligence and marketing insights into a single platform. The company works with hundreds of international brands across luxury, consumer goods, entertainment, and digital industries, helping them safeguard intellectual property while driving sustainable growth.

Unlike traditional enforcement solutions, MarqVision’s platform leverages AI to deliver real-time monitoring, scalable takedowns, and actionable insights, empowering legal and brand teams to protect core IP assets without slowing down growth initiatives.

With this new capital, MarqVision plans to accelerate global expansion, deepen its technology stack, and cement category leadership as the go-to solution for enterprises combating IP violations in both physical and digital ecosystems.
