Hyderabad-based enterprise recruitment automation platform TurboHire has raised $6 million in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, aimed at accelerating the company’s global expansion and deepening its product capabilities.
This fresh round follows the company’s $2 million pre-Series A fundraise in October 2023, which was led by Pentathlon VC and The Chennai Angels.
Founded in 2019 by Deepak Agrawal, Rakesh Nayak, and Gaurav Kumar, TurboHire is on a mission to transform how enterprises approach recruitment. The company leverages Agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and seamless HRMS integrations to power end-to-end hiring—from high-volume onboarding to executive recruitment—through a single, highly configurable interface.
Operating on a B2B SaaS model, TurboHire provides subscription-based access to its platform, helping enterprises streamline hiring, reduce time-to-hire, and boost recruitment efficiency.
TurboHire’s growing client base includes over 120 enterprises, such as Cipla, Tata Motors, PwC, Lenskart, Britannia, RPG Group, Motilal Oswal Group, and Ola (ANI Technologies). Its platform integrates with leading global HRMS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday.
With this funding, the company aims to expand its global footprint, enhance its AI capabilities, and deepen integrations across HR ecosystems, positioning itself as a key player in the rapidly evolving recruitment automation landscape.
