Professional services firm CBIZ, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Bengaluru-based BINDZ Consulting Private Limited, marking an important step in the company’s global expansion strategy and strengthening its presence in India.
The acquisition is aimed at enhancing CBIZ’s ability to deliver faster, more innovative, and integrated services to its clients while bringing together talent and expertise from across geographies.
CBIZ, a leading professional services advisor to middle-market businesses in the United States, announced that the transaction marks a significant milestone in its efforts to build a globally connected and future-ready organization.
Commenting on the acquisition, Jerry Grisko, President and CEO of CBIZ, welcomed the BINDZ leadership team into the organization.

BINDZ was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Staffing Accountants, LLC (SAPRO), a global professional services company with operations across the United States, India, and South Africa.
The relationship between CBIZ and SAPRO began in 2023 through SAPRO’s India service centre. In 2024, the two companies entered into a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement, under which SAPRO established BINDZ as a dedicated service provider for CBIZ. The acquisition now represents the final phase of that partnership.
Over the years, BINDZ has played an important role in supporting CBIZ’s accounting and tax service delivery operations. Through this acquisition, more than 250 skilled professionals, along with a strong India-based leadership team, will become part of CBIZ’s global network.
Sirish Korada, Managing Director and CEO of BINDZ, said the transaction reflects the strong relationship built between the two organizations over time.

CBIZ said it will continue investing in its India operations, combining skilled talent with technology and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, expand service capabilities, and support long-term growth.

Founded as a professional services advisor to U.S.-based middle-market businesses, CBIZ provides services across accounting, tax, advisory, benefits, insurance, and technology. The company currently has more than 9,500 team members across 23 major markets in the United States and India.
With the acquisition of BINDZ Consulting, CBIZ further strengthens its global delivery capabilities while reinforcing India’s growing role in the company’s long-term growth strategy.
