PRISM Restructures Leadership to Power Global Expansion and Operational Growth

PRISM, the parent company of OYO, has announced a major leadership restructuring to accelerate its global growth strategy and enhance operational efficiency across key markets.

As part of this realignment, Ankit Tandon, currently the CEO of OYO Vacation Homes, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer of PRISM and CEO, Europe. In his new dual role, Tandon will lead global business performance and oversee hospitality brands including Belvilla, DanCenter, and Sunday Hotels. He will also manage PRISM’s operations across Europe, the UK, and the US, which encompass G6 Hospitality — the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6. Tandon will continue to head the Vacation Homes segment, overseeing platforms such as CheckMyGuest in France and MadeComfy in Australia.

Varun Jain, formerly COO for India, has been appointed COO for Asia, expanding his responsibilities to cover India and the SEAME region (Southeast Asia and the Middle East). His portfolio will include oversight of Traum Ferienwohnungen in Germany, while within India, Innov8 and Weddingz will report directly to him, supported by Pankhuri Sakhuja and Nitin Gupta.

Meanwhile, Shreerang Godbole will continue as Chief Service Officer, spearheading customer experience and operational excellence across PRISM’s brands. His remit also includes operational leadership for DanCenter and MadeComfy.

In addition, Shirish Damani has been named COO for Europe Homes & Hotels, tasked with enhancing supply, revenue, and profitability across the European portfolio. He will collaborate closely with Tandon while continuing to lead global mergers and acquisitions.

On the other hand, Gautam Swaroop, who previously headed PRISM International and Traum Ferienwohnungen, is stepping down to explore new technology ventures, though he will continue to advise PRISM during the transition.

The leadership restructuring follows PRISM’s recent rebranding from OYO’s parent entity and reflects its ambition to consolidate its global operations.

Operating across 35 countries with a customer base exceeding 100 million, PRISM manages a diverse portfolio of hospitality and living brands. According to its FY25 annual report, OYO posted a profit after tax (PAT) exceeding ₹200 crore in Q1 FY26, a significant rise from ₹87 crore in the same quarter of the previous year — signaling strong financial momentum heading into its next growth phase.
