Jodhpur, November 6: Jodhpur-based education marketing agency Mediagarh celebrated Diwali with its annual event, Sneh Milan 3.0, at Hotel Madhuram Royale on the occasion of Dhanteras. The founders handed over the keys to four new cars to employees, with their families watching.
Employees from Mediagarh’s Jodhpur, Jaipur and Bengaluru offices joined the celebration along with their families and guests. The gathering brought together over 250 people, including more than 100 employees.
The four car recipients were Pranjal Mathur, Web Developer, and Aman Usmani, Lead UI/UX Designer, who each received a Tata Tiago. Mehak Lalwani, Senior Account Manager, received an i20, and Nitin Sisodiya, Project Manager, received a Harrier. All four were chosen for their performance and the value they have added to the organisation. The number of cars has grown with each edition of Sneh Milan, from one in the first year to two last year and four this year.
Lalwani, who opened the programme with the first address of the day, was among the most visibly moved as the keys were handed over. Like her fellow recipients and many others in the hall, she responded with deep gratitude and emotion.
The programme began with speeches by Lalwani and Vanshika Agarwal, Co-founder of Mediagarh. It was followed by dance performances from the boys and girls of the Jodhpur team, with the Jaipur team performing in between and all of its members joining in at the end. A mixed group from Jodhpur then took the stage, and the performance turned into a dance floor where employees from all three offices joined together. An anchor kept the evening lively with games and activities between the performances.
Diwali hampers were distributed to all departments. Mediagarh also presented 15 silver and 15 gold awards to team members for extraordinary performance.
“Sneh Milan is our way of saying thank you to the people who make Mediagarh what it is. Every car handed over reflects the effort, consistency and ownership our team brings to its work, and we are proud to celebrate them alongside their families,” said Pankaj Budhwani, Founder of Mediagarh.
“Diwali is about togetherness, and seeing teams from three cities dance, celebrate and cheer for each other made this Sneh Milan special. Recognition has always been a part of our culture, and we will keep growing it with our people,” said Vanshika Agarwal, Co-founder of Mediagarh.
The event ended with a gratitude speech from Budhwani and Agarwal, followed by a group photograph of the entire Mediagarh family.
