CG Setu aims to create a digitally empowered, agile, and compliant field fleet that acts as an on-ground bridge between lenders and borrowers. By combining Credgenics’ collections technology leadership with Arrise’s pan-India reach, the platform will deliver a more efficient, data-driven, and transparent collections experience.
Founded in 2019, Arrise operates across 25+ Indian states with a workforce of over 5,000 professionals, offering calling services in 13+ vernacular languages. The company will continue under its current leadership for at least the next five years.
