Credgenics Launches CG Setu with Acquisition of Arrise, Expands into Field Debt Collections

Credgenics, a leading SaaS-based debt collections and resolution platform, has announced the launch of CG Setu, a major initiative to strengthen field debt collections. This move follows the acquisition of Arrise, a collections service provider specialising in the BFSI sector.

CG Setu aims to create a digitally empowered, agile, and compliant field fleet that acts as an on-ground bridge between lenders and borrowers. By combining Credgenics’ collections technology leadership with Arrise’s pan-India reach, the platform will deliver a more efficient, data-driven, and transparent collections experience.

Founded in 2019, Arrise operates across 25+ Indian states with a workforce of over 5,000 professionals, offering calling services in 13+ vernacular languages. The company will continue under its current leadership for at least the next five years.

With this acquisition, Credgenics transforms into a full-stack collections solutions provider with a presence in 18,000+ pin codes across India. Its expanded offerings now cover:

  • On-field operations

  • Digital collections

  • Multiple dialers & voice bots

  • Litigation and repayment management systems

  • Strategic consulting on collections & legal workflows

Rishabh Goel, Co-founder & CEO, Credgenics, said:

“This strategic partnership marks a huge step forward in Credgenics’ mission to transform debt collections with technology. CG Setu will disrupt the field collections model with its efficient, data-driven, and compliant approach. It will deliver greater efficiency and complete transparency for lenders, while providing a superior experience for borrowers.”

Credgenics has built strong traction in the financial ecosystem:

  • Managed 98M+ loan accounts worth $250B+ in FY24

  • Facilitated 1.7B omnichannel communications for 150+ financial institutions globally

  • Raised $80M funding to date, including a $50M Series B led by WestBridge Capital (Aug 2023)

  • Posted a 40% revenue growth in FY25 to ₹220 crore, with ₹25 crore profit before tax

With CG Setu, Credgenics is positioning itself as India’s first end-to-end debt collections platform—blending technology, analytics, and on-ground reach to redefine the future of financial recovery.
