Clinics On Cloud Raises $12.5 Million in Series A Funding from Dubai-Based Investors

Pune-based health-tech startup Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and take its connected microclinic infrastructure to international markets.

The investment marks a significant step for Clinics On Cloud, which began with the aim of making preventive healthcare more accessible. After establishing its presence in India and other markets, the company is now preparing to expand its technology and microclinic solutions globally.

The company will focus on integrating emerging artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced screening technologies into its platform. It also plans to work with global healthcare innovators to make these solutions accessible beyond traditional healthcare facilities.

Clinics On Cloud Plans Global Expansion Through UAE

Clinics On Cloud has identified the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as its global expansion hub. From there, the company plans to explore opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.

The funding will also support strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies and organisations interested in setting up connected microclinics across different markets.

These partnerships are expected to help the company expand its network and make preventive screening, AI-assisted health insights and telemedicine services available to more communities.

Commenting on the investment, Abhay Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Clinics On Cloud, said the company has spent eight years working towards the goal of making quality healthcare accessible regardless of geographical location.

He added that the funding would help the company take this vision to international markets. According to Agarwal, while healthcare technology is advancing rapidly, the larger opportunity lies in making these innovations accessible to people wherever they are.

Clinics On Cloud Has Recorded Over 12 Million Health Screenings

Founded in 2018, Clinics On Cloud has built a network of more than 3,500 deployments, completed over 12 million health screenings and established a presence across eight countries.

Its technology has been deployed across government health centres, hospitals, corporate campuses and rural communities. The company has also worked with Indian defence establishments, including the Army, Navy and Border Security Force (BSF).

Initially focused on Health ATMs, Clinics On Cloud has expanded its product portfolio to include Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units.

These solutions combine preventive health screening, AI-assisted health insights and telemedicine, allowing organisations to establish connected microclinics in locations beyond conventional hospitals and diagnostic centres.

The company’s platform is designed to support hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare entrepreneurs, corporations and government organisations in setting up microclinics across workplaces, housing societies, shopping malls and underserved communities.

Focus on AI-Led Preventive Healthcare

With the latest investment, Clinics On Cloud aims to strengthen the technology behind its connected healthcare infrastructure. Its plans include expanding R&D, improving AI-led healthcare capabilities and integrating advanced screening solutions through collaborations with global healthcare innovators.

The company is also looking to build partnerships that can help establish microclinics in different international markets.

As healthcare providers increasingly explore technology-enabled screening and remote healthcare delivery, Clinics On Cloud is looking to expand its footprint by taking its microclinic model beyond India.

The $12.5 million Series A investment will support this next phase of growth, with the UAE serving as the starting point for its planned expansion across Africa, the US and Southeast Asia.
