Bengaluru-based enterprise AI CRM startup Superleap has raised Rs 36 crore, or approximately $3.7 million, in a pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV’s Surge.
The fresh funding will be used to expand Superleap’s enterprise go-to-market operations, further develop its AI-based customer relationship management platform and strengthen its product capabilities as it looks to scale its presence across industries.
Founded in 2024 by former Unacademy operators Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap is building an AI-native CRM platform designed for sales and revenue teams. Its platform brings together revenue data, customer intelligence and AI agents to automate multiple tasks across the sales cycle.
The startup claims to have grown 10X over the past year and currently serves customers across sectors including BFSI, SaaS, education, healthcare, travel, hospitality and media.
Its customer base includes Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema and Superhealth.
Superleap has also highlighted the scale at which its platform can support enterprise migrations. Razorpay migrated more than 10 million data records to Superleap within 45 days. Meanwhile, Aakash Education moved around 5,000 counsellors across 400 locations to the platform in less than 60 days.
The company’s product suite is built around three core offerings. SuperOS focuses on data management, SuperSense provides customer intelligence, while SuperAgents is designed to automate revenue-related tasks.
The platform also includes AI voice bots and integrates with commonly used communication and AI tools, including WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude and ChatGPT.
Beyond Peak XV’s Surge, Superleap is backed by Gruhas and Supermorpheus Group, along with a group of prominent angel investors. Its backers include Deepinder Goyal, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal and Nikhil Kamath.
With the latest capital, Superleap is looking to deepen its enterprise presence while continuing to build AI-led tools that can reduce manual work and help sales and revenue teams manage customer relationships and operations more efficiently.
