Reo.Dev, a pioneering intent platform built exclusively for developer-focused software companies, has raised $4 million in seed funding to accelerate its vision of transforming go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the DevTool ecosystem. The round was led by Heavybit, with participation from India Quotient and Foster Ventures.
Reo.Dev’s platform enables developer-first companies to turn previously hidden engineering activities—such as GitHub commits, package downloads, documentation usage, and open-source contributions—into actionable intent signals. These signals provide Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams with real-time visibility into which developer accounts are most likely to convert, helping companies engage the right buyers at the right time.
Already adopted by over 100 developer-first companies, including Chainguard, LangChain, N8N, Temporal, Datahub, and Unstructured, Reo.Dev has seen its annual scale increase tenfold, with a 60% quarter-over-quarter growth rate.
“The modern software economy is increasingly driven by developers, yet their adoption signals remain invisible to traditional CRM and intent tools,” said Achintya Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Reo.Dev. “We created Reo.Dev to make developer intent both visible and revenue-generating—helping GTM teams align with how developers actually evaluate and buy technology.”
With this new funding, Reo.Dev plans to double its team size, open its first U.S. office, and accelerate product innovation to better serve the rapidly growing DevTool sector.
Reo.Dev’s AI-native platform seamlessly integrates with leading GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo, ensuring intent intelligence fits directly into existing workflows. Early customers report significant results—tripled new opportunities, doubled discovery calls, and up to 70% higher ROI on campaigns, alongside 40 hours of monthly time savings for sales teams.
According to Joe Ruscio, General Partner at Heavybit, “Developer-first companies require a fundamentally different approach to selling. Reo.Dev bridges that gap by capturing developer intent from multiple channels and activating enterprise sales. Their growth shows how bottom-up adoption can be converted into top-down revenue.”
Industry leaders are already seeing the platform’s impact. Satprit Duggal, CMO of Datahub, said, “Reo.Dev has helped us turn growing developer engagement into measurable pipeline expansion and faster deal cycles.” Similarly, Viraj Ratnalikar, Customer Success Leader at N8N, noted that “Reo.Dev gives us deep visibility into developer behavior—revealing which teams are exploring, expanding, or ready to buy.”
Founded in 2023 and officially registered as Devenue Inc., Reo.Dev is positioning itself as the world’s only AI-native intent platform tailored for developer-first companies, helping them eliminate pipeline fog and accelerate growth in the AI-driven software economy.
