ProLearn Raises Rs 30 Crore in Pre-Seed Round Led by BEENEXT to Build AI-Powered Learning Platform

Bengaluru-based edtech startup ProLearn has raised Rs 30 crore (approximately $3.2 million) in a pre-seed funding round led by BEENEXT. The round also saw participation from Eximius Ventures, Antler, and a group of angel investors.

The newly raised capital will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen the company’s AI and reasoning capabilities, and expand its curriculum-aligned content offerings.

Founded by Ravneet Singh, Founder and CEO of ProLearn, the startup was launched in April 2026 and is building an AI-native learning platform that offers a personalized conversational AI tutor for K-12 students and competitive exam aspirants.

The startup aims to address a long-standing challenge in India’s education sector—limited access to personalized tutoring. Traditional one-on-one coaching is often expensive and out of reach for many students. ProLearn seeks to bridge this gap through artificial intelligence by providing students with a learning companion that can adapt to their individual learning needs.

According to the company, its AI tutor is capable of understanding a student’s learning level and adjusting its teaching style in real time. The platform interacts with students through conversations, explains concepts in a personalized manner, and asks questions tailored to their strengths, weaknesses, and pace of learning.

ProLearn also supports students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET, offering customized guidance and practice through its AI-driven learning system.

As part of its growth plans, the company intends to hire senior talent across AI and machine learning, product development, and growth functions. It also plans to strengthen its go-to-market efforts as it looks to expand its reach among students across India.

With AI increasingly transforming the education landscape, ProLearn is positioning itself at the intersection of technology and personalized learning, aiming to make quality education more accessible, scalable, and effective for students nationwide.
