Meet Adopt AI: The Startup Turning Everyday Apps into Intelligent Agents with $6M Seed Backing

In a world where artificial intelligence is quickly shifting from buzzword to business backbone, one startup is quietly making it easier for companies to plug into the future without reinventing the wheel. Adopt AI, a Bengaluru and US-based startup, has just raised $6 million in seed funding to do exactly that—help businesses turn their everyday apps into intelligent, conversational agents.

The round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Foster Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, and a group of strategic angel investors. But beyond the impressive investor list is a team with deep technical muscle and a vision to simplify AI adoption for the masses.

Founded by Deepak Anchala, Rahul Bhattacharya, and Anirudh Badam, Adopt AI is building a platform that doesn’t just bolt AI onto software—it transforms how users interact with it. Picture this: instead of clicking through dropdowns and screens, a user can just say or type what they need, and the AI takes care of the rest.

“It’s about making applications agentic,” says Deepak Anchala, CEO of Adopt AI. “We let B2B and consumer apps evolve into intelligent agents—without changing the existing infrastructure.”

The platform works by integrating seamlessly with existing software and offering a no-code agent builder that learns how workflows function. It then automates those processes and makes them accessible through a natural language interface. Whether it’s scheduling a task, generating a report, or pulling data from multiple systems, users can simply describe what they want—and Adopt’s AI will do the heavy lifting.

At the heart of this innovation is Chief AI Officer Anirudh Badam, who spent over a decade at Microsoft pushing the boundaries of AI research. Alongside him is founding AI engineer Vijay Sagar, bringing similar depth from his years at Google. The company is quietly assembling a dream team from the world’s top tech companies to tackle the next frontier of software usability.

In an increasingly complex digital landscape, Adopt AI is betting that the future of productivity lies in simplicity—driven by natural conversation. And with fresh capital and world-class talent, it’s poised to help more businesses leap into the agentic era.
