Lorazzo Raises ₹15 Crore Led by Sauce to Disrupt India’s Kitchen and Bathroom Fittings Market

New Delhi-based kitchen and bathroom brand Lorazzo has raised ₹15 crore in its latest funding round led by Sauce. Sprout Venture Partners participated with a follow-on investment, while Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital also participated in the round.

Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo is building a design-led and technology-focused brand in the kitchen and bathroom fittings category. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its product portfolio, invest in product development, grow its team and strengthen its online and offline channels across more states in India.

The company said its revenues have grown six times over the last 12 months through its omnichannel model. Lorazzo is now targeting ₹100 crore in revenue over the next two years.

Building a Consumer Brand in a Traditional Category

India’s kitchen and bathroom fittings market has traditionally been dominated by established brands and offline sales. Purchase decisions in the category are often influenced by plumbers, contractors and channel partners, leaving relatively less room for direct consumer discovery.

Lorazzo is looking to change this model by bringing design, technology and functionality into a category that has largely focused on basic utility and distribution.

Its product portfolio includes faucets, kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets, shower systems, bidets, wash basins and smart toilets.

One of its key products is the Intelli Smart Commode, a cleansing WC equipped with a heated seat, electronically operated bidets, an air dryer, ambient lighting and digital temperature control. The product is priced at ₹58,999, significantly below comparable cleansing toilets from international brands, which are priced between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹5 lakh.

Focus on Design, Technology and Reliability

Jatin Luthra, Co-founder, Lorazzo, said the kitchen and bathroom fittings category has remained relatively unchanged despite significant changes in consumer preferences.

According to Luthra, modern consumers increasingly consider design, technology and the overall experience of their homes while making purchasing decisions. Lorazzo aims to address this shift with products that combine contemporary design with technology and functionality.

The company offers warranties of up to 20 years across its product range, including kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors and cabinets, and faucets. It also provides pan-India on-site installation and service.

Saurabh Gupta, Co-founder, Lorazzo, said the company aims to build a consumer brand around one of the most frequently used parts of the home rather than simply another fittings company.

While design and technology are intended to attract customers, Gupta said warranty, service and product reliability are central to building long-term consumer trust.

Sauce Leads Fresh Funding Round

Karan Kathpalia, Vice President, Sauce, said home improvement presents an opportunity to build consumer brands through online discovery and purchasing.

He noted that Lorazzo’s online traction is particularly encouraging because kitchen and bathroom fittings have traditionally been purchased through offline channels. Sauce sees further growth potential as the category moves towards organised and branded players and Lorazzo expands its offline presence.

The latest capital will support Lorazzo’s expansion across both online and offline channels, along with product development and team building. The company also plans to increase its local presence across more states in India.

Targeting a Larger Omnichannel Presence

Lorazzo is building an omnichannel business that combines e-commerce, quick commerce and offline retail. The company is using this model to make kitchen and bathroom products more accessible to consumers while positioning the category around design and consumer experience.

Its portfolio ranges from faucets, sinks and statement wash basins to smart toilets, bidets and shower systems.

With revenues growing six times in the past year, Lorazzo is now looking to scale its presence and reach its ₹100 crore revenue target over the next two years.

The company believes that the shift from traditional, channel-led purchases towards more organised and consumer-focused brands can create space for newer players in the kitchen and bathroom fittings market.
