Moving from Reactive to Proactive Legal Services

Lawyered aims to transform legal services in India from a reactive system to a proactive, always-on utility. Its platform is built to identify and resolve legal risks before they escalate, helping users avoid penalties, downtime, and operational disruptions.

The company leverages Gen AI-led capabilities to embed legal assistance directly into everyday workflows, making compliance easier and more accessible.

Scale and Impact

According to the company:

  • It currently covers over 2 million vehicles
  • Works with more than 800 businesses across India
  • Has resolved over 200,000 legal cases
  • Helped users avoid more than $6 million in penalties and downtime

Expansion Plans

With the fresh capital, Lawyered plans to:

  • Scale its technology infrastructure
  • Strengthen its product offerings
  • Accelerate user acquisition
  • Expand its AI capabilities

Looking ahead, the startup aims to go beyond mobility and extend its legal infrastructure into sectors such as finance, real estate, healthcare, and e-commerce, where recurring legal risks continue to impact businesses and individuals.

As India’s legal services ecosystem evolves, platforms like Lawyered are working to make legal support more accessible, proactive, and integrated into daily operations.
