KNOT Raises $3M to Bring 60-Minute Fashion Delivery to Gen Z Shoppers

In the ever-evolving world of e-commerce, instant gratification is becoming the new norm — even when it comes to fashion. Mumbai-based KNOT, a quick commerce fashion platform, is stepping up to meet that demand. The startup has just raised $3 million in a pre-Series A round, led by Kae Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and founders of SNITCH, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.

The round also saw continued support from early backers WEH Ventures, All In Capital, and Kumar Saurabh of Aukera Jewellery.

Founded in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is blending fashion discovery with quick commerce, promising 60-minute deliveries and doorstep Try ‘n Buy options that let users try on outfits before committing — a first in Indian fashion logistics.

The idea was born from a pivot. After building and exiting their earlier venture, Slick, the founders noticed a fundamental gap in how Gen Z and millennials shop: they want speed, style, and the ability to experiment — without the friction of returns or guesswork.

“We asked ourselves, why can’t discovering and buying fashion be as fast and fun as ordering food?” said co-founder Archit Nanda. “KNOT is our answer — where curation meets convenience in real-time.”

So far, it seems to be working. KNOT has already partnered with 70+ fashion-forward brands and fulfills thousands of orders every month, all within the Mumbai metropolitan area. The platform also leverages AI-based virtual try-ons, influencer-led product discovery, and instant returns as part of its user experience.

With this fresh round of capital, KNOT plans to expand operations beyond Mumbai, enhance product capabilities, and deepen its network of brand partnerships.

The space is heating up. Just last month, ZILO raised $4.5 million in seed funding, while Slikk secured $10 million. Even Myntra entered the quick fashion race late last year, piloting rapid apparel delivery in key cities.

But KNOT is carving a niche by focusing on tech-first, hyperlocal fashion fulfillment — a category still in its infancy, but one that aligns closely with the instant-everything appetite of young Indian consumers.

As the battle for fast fashion supremacy unfolds, KNOT isn’t just promising speed — it’s offering style, personalization, and spontaneity. All in under 60 minutes.
