Noida-based kidswear and childcare brand Kidbea has raised Rs 30 crore (around $3.2 million) in its Series A funding round led by Enrission India Capital. The round also saw participation from Inflection Point Ventures, LetsVenture, FE Securities, Venture Catalysts, and Lead Angels, along with several angel investors.
Notable individual investors in the round include Ghazal Alagh, Roman Saini, Sumit Jalan, Ajay Aggarwal, Bahram N Vakil, Vinod Rustagi, Amit Rathi, and Sanjit Advani, among others.
The startup had earlier raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round in January 2024, led by Venture Catalysts.
Building a Sustainable Kidswear Brand
Founded in 2021 by Swapnil Srivastav, Mohammad Hussain, Aman Kumar Mahto, and Ankita Rani, Kidbea focuses on bamboo-based clothing and childcare products for infants and toddlers. Its product range includes rompers, onesies, nightwear, newborn essentials, and accessories, designed for comfort, breathability, and sustainability.
The company is currently operating at an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 100 crore, reflecting strong demand for eco-friendly children’s products.
Expansion Plans
Kidbea plans to use the fresh capital to expand its offline retail presence and strengthen distribution. The company aims to:
- Open over 100 exclusive brand outlets
- Expand into more than 200 multi-brand stores
- Grow its presence across India in the next 12 to 24 months
It will also invest in product development and category expansion to widen its offerings.
The brand has already started building its offline footprint with stores in Pune, Hyderabad, and Indore, marking its entry into key urban markets.
Growing Recognition
Kidbea has been featured among the Fast 42 brands of India and was awarded the Best Kids Brand in 2025, highlighting its growing presence in the children’s products segment.
With a strong focus on sustainability and an expanding omnichannel strategy, Kidbea is working towards building a trusted, eco-conscious brand for young families across India.
