HyperNorm AI Raises $2.2 Million Seed Funding to Expand AI-Powered Wealth Management Platform

AI-driven wealth management startup HyperNorm AI has raised $2.2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures. The round also witnessed participation from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and prominent angel investors Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.

The fresh funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the company’s footprint across the United States and other key international markets, and strengthen its engineering and AI research teams.

Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI is building a decision intelligence platform designed specifically for wealth advisors and registered investment advisors (RIAs). The platform helps advisors efficiently manage large volumes of client portfolios by identifying portfolios that require attention, understanding the factors influencing performance, and recommending actions aligned with each client’s investment goals.

As wealth management becomes increasingly complex, advisors are often required to oversee portfolios that include equities, fixed income instruments, structured products, alternative investments, and foreign exchange assets. HyperNorm AI aims to simplify this process through artificial intelligence and advanced decision-making tools.

According to the company, its proprietary AI-powered causal reasoning engine continuously analyzes market events, assesses their impact on client portfolios, and converts those insights into transparent and explainable recommendations. This helps advisors make informed decisions while maintaining clarity and trust with clients.

The startup currently serves paying clients across the United States, Singapore, and India, highlighting its growing international presence within a short period of time.

Before launching HyperNorm AI, co-founder Keyur Faldu held leadership positions at Meta, McKinsey, Embibe, Veveo, and Runa. His co-founder, Peeyush Jain, previously led engineering teams at Verloop, Embibe, CommonFloor, and British Telecom, bringing extensive experience in technology and product development.

With fresh capital, an expanding global client base, and a focus on AI-powered decision intelligence, HyperNorm AI is looking to strengthen its position in the evolving wealth management technology sector and help advisors navigate increasingly complex investment environments.
