Cross-border supply chain enablement company Hexalog has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by ENRISSION India Capital, with participation from Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Rohan Bajaj’s Syndicate, Nandan Growth Fund, and angel investors including Saurabh Deep Singla, Sumit Jalan, Amit Tyagi, and Nitin Sethi.
The fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen Hexalog’s technology stack, with a focus on building a scalable, reliable, and data-driven orchestration layer for cross-border logistics, the company said in a press release.
Reimagining Cross-Border Logistics with AI
Founded in February 2024 by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik, and Shobhit Singh, Hexalog is an AI-led 4PL full-stack orchestrator specialising in end-to-end cross-border trade solutions.
The Gurugram-based startup is addressing one of global trade’s most persistent challenges—fragmentation. Cross-border logistics often involves disconnected stakeholders, manual processes, and reactive execution. Hexalog’s AI-driven orchestration layer transforms this complexity into a predictable and coordinated execution workflow.
The platform orchestrates the entire logistics lifecycle, from order confirmation and documentation readiness to customs clearance, line haul, and final-mile delivery, ensuring continuity across every stage of cross-border movement.
End-to-End Visibility and Predictability
Hexalog leverages artificial intelligence across the full logistics lifecycle to improve visibility, coordination, and execution for exporters, importers, freight partners, and other supply chain participants operating across borders.
By combining technology, data intelligence, and deep domain expertise, the company aims to digitise and orchestrate global trade flows, offering integrated and transparent logistics solutions that reduce uncertainty and operational friction.
Expansion Across Key Trade Corridors
With the new funding, Hexalog plans to accelerate its go-to-market strategy across key international trade corridors, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The expansion is targeted at addressing rising demand for predictable, transparent, and execution-focused logistics solutions as global trade volumes continue to grow.
The company currently operates across 80+ countries and serves more than 29,000 Indian pin codes, positioning it as a globally connected platform with deep domestic reach.
Competitive Landscape
Hexalog operates in a competitive global logistics technology space, alongside players such as Flexport, e2open, and other cross-border supply chain platforms. However, the startup differentiates itself through its AI-native orchestration approach, focusing on execution continuity rather than point solutions.
As cross-border commerce scales and supply chains become more complex, platforms that offer reliability and predictability are expected to play a critical role in global trade infrastructure.
