Graas AI Secures $9M to Scale Autonomous Commerce Agents Across Asia

In the fast-moving world of e-commerce, staying ahead isn’t just about selling more — it’s about making smarter decisions faster. Singapore-based Graas AI, which works extensively with commerce brands in India and Southeast Asia, has raised $9 million in a funding round led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, Integra Partners, and Yuj Ventures.

Founded in 2022 by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, Graas AI is reimagining how brands run their online businesses. Its flagship Agent Foundry platform allows companies to deploy autonomous agents that can handle core operational challenges — from customer acquisition and pricing to margin management and inventory optimization.

Among its offerings are “Chattr”, a natural language-powered customer support agent, and “Extract”, a tool that streamlines clean data delivery for engineers. These agents aren’t just passive dashboards; they are designed to make decisions and execute actions, reducing manual work for direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands.

“Commerce doesn’t need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard. It needs agents that actually ‘run’ the play. We’ve spent two years building the data backbone, and now with Agent Foundry, we’re helping brands act on it,” says Prem Bhatia, CEO & co-founder of Graas AI.

Today, Graas AI supports over 2,000 brands, processes more than $1 billion in GMV, and operates in seven countries. With this fresh funding, the company plans to accelerate Agent Foundry’s adoption and further expand its impact across Asia.
