Dexter Capital Advisors has successfully closed another landmark transaction, acting as the exclusive advisor to Trufrost & Butler in their $7 million funding round led by Carpediem Capital, with participation from Dexter Capital.
This deal marks Dexter’s 7th closure in the first half of FY26, reinforcing its strong momentum in the investment banking space. Of these seven deals, five were in the consumer sector and two in financial services, with three transactions exceeding $15 million in value: Easebuzz ($30 million), Mufin ($18 million debt round), and Khetika ($18 million). Other notable closures include The Bear House, Jewelbox, and Miraggio.
