Tagbin, a company operating at the intersection of creative technology and applied artificial intelligence, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by SageOne Flagship Growth OE Fund, along with participation from Jyotivardhan Sonthalia, Sanjay Kaul, Ramesh Damani, Moheet Agarwal, Siddharth Iyer, Abhinandan Lodha, and the Kurl on Group.
The company also announced plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) by March 2027, as it looks to scale operations and strengthen its market position ahead of a public listing.
According to a press release, the fresh capital will be deployed toward expansion across domestic and global markets, strengthening AI and creative technology verticals, and supporting IPO preparedness, including governance, compliance, and organisational scaling.
Founded in 2013 by Saurav Bhaik, Tagbin is a technology-led experiential company that blends creativity with emerging technologies such as AR, VR, AI, and robotics to design immersive digital experiences. The company works extensively with the government sector, delivering solutions for smart cities, experiential museums, and national showcases, as well as with private enterprises through brand centres and digital showrooms.
Over the past decade, Tagbin has executed several of India’s high-profile national and cultural technology projects, including the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya (PM Museum), the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose hologram at India Gate, the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, the Brain and Mind Museum at NIMHANS, the Geeta Museum, and the Air Force Museum. It has also delivered AI strategy labs, predictive policing platforms, and command-and-control centres for central and state governments.
The company claims to have maintained consistent profitability over the last four to five years, supported by steady growth in revenue and profit after tax (PAT). Its growing order book includes high-value government technology contracts, next-generation AI labs, and international experiential showcases.
Tagbin has increasingly focused on AI-led governance solutions, with deployments across ministries, academies, and state departments. Its offerings include AI strategy labs, predictive policing systems, AI command and control centres, custom AI platforms, and AI holo twins, positioning the company as a key player in India’s applied AI and experiential technology ecosystem.
