Brandworks Technologies Raises $7 Million in Series A Funding Led by Cactus Partners

Brandworks Technologies, a fast-growing electronics R&D and manufacturing company, has secured $7 million (₹61 crore) in its Series A round led by Cactus Partners (CPL). The round also saw participation from Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL), Legacy Assets, and Hira Group.

The company will utilise the fresh capital to:

  • Expand R&D centres.

  • Enter key global markets.

  • Invest in next-gen product platforms.

  • Scale manufacturing with high-efficiency production lines.

  • Hire top engineering and operations talent.

Founded by Ishwar Kumhar and Nikita Kumawat, Brandworks specialises in next-generation electronics design and manufacturing, delivering solutions in AI hardware, IoT, advanced audio systems, charging technologies, financial devices, surveillance systems, and renewable energy products.

The firm collaborates with leading global chipmakers to co-create cutting-edge technology, focusing on design excellence, manufacturing precision, and customer success.

This marks Cactus Partners’ 11th investment from its maiden fund and the third in the manufacturing sector, following previous investments in Lohum, Indigrid, Intangles, and Vitraya.
