Mumbai-based skincare brand Be Clinical has raised ₹6 crore in an extended seed funding round led by V3 Ventures, with additional participation from Titan Capital, founded by Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal. The latest infusion comes after the brand previously secured ₹2 crore in the same round, led by Titan Capital with participation from P-TAL founder Aditya Agarwal.
Founded in May 2024 by Hemangi Dhir, Be Clinical focuses on evidence-backed, dermatologically active skincare solutions tailored specifically for Indian skin and environmental conditions. The brand aims to bridge a significant gap in the Indian beauty market— a shortage of science-led, transparent, and clinically validated products for ageing concerns.
According to the company, the funds will be directed toward intensive R&D, bolstering in-house formulation capabilities, and conducting clinical testing to develop targeted solutions for ageing across the face, body, and scalp. The brand also plans to expand its manufacturing facility by integrating advanced machinery to improve production capacity, consistency, and quality control.
Be Clinical claims to have already served over 25,000 customers within just a year of launch, signalling strong early adoption and growing consumer trust in its clinically driven offerings. The brand differentiates itself through in-vivo tested formulations, end-to-end in-house research, and responsible manufacturing practices.
In the competitive anti-ageing category, Be Clinical goes head-to-head with major players such as Olay, Neutrogena, Clinique, and Dr Sheth’s, positioning itself as a homegrown, science-first alternative offering transparency and measurable results. The company also plans to introduce upgraded packaging with functional, protective, and premium features that preserve ingredient efficacy while strengthening its clinical-grade image.
With rising consumer demand for evidence-based skincare in India, Be Clinical’s latest funding will fuel its mission to deliver targeted, validated, and India-specific solutions for ageing skin.
