ReplyAll Raises Rs 9.7 Crore Led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII

Bengaluru-based everyday performance wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a funding round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII, less than a year after securing its first investment. The round also saw participation from ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and a group of angel investors.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to invest in fabric research and development, product design, new product categories, and the expansion of its retail presence and community.

Alongside the funding, ReplyAll has appointed Harmind Singh as its co-founder and chief marketing officer (CMO). He will lead the company’s brand, marketing, creative and product design functions, working closely with founder and CEO Rushabh Sanghavi on product development, design direction and brand strategy.

Singh brings around two decades of experience in design, branding and consumer technology. He has previously held senior design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.

ReplyAll Builds Everyday Clothing Around Fabric Innovation

Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi in 2025, ReplyAll develops clothing for consumers whose daily routines often combine work, travel, exercise and social activities. Rather than designing apparel for a single occasion, the company follows a materials-first approach, building its products around specialised fabrics intended to perform across different settings.

Sanghavi has more than 15 years of experience building consumer brands in India and Australia. Before launching ReplyAll, he held senior positions at Urban Ladder and Flipkart in India and worked with Australian furniture brand Brosa. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

The brand offers polos, T-shirts, pants, shorts, joggers, jackets and overshirts across workwear, travel wear, workout wear, loungewear and padel categories. Its products are priced between approximately Rs 1,190 and Rs 4,799.

ReplyAll has developed eight fabric platforms for its product range, with two playing a central role in its initial offerings.

Its Temperform fabric is used in the Coolest Tee and is designed to help manage heat. Flexknit, another fabric platform, provides stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers.

The company aims to make everyday clothing more adaptable to India’s changing weather and the varied activities that fill a typical urban consumer’s day.

Founders Focus on Design, Comfort and Functionality

Sanghavi believes that people increasingly need clothing that can transition between different environments without requiring a complete change of outfit.

He explained that an ordinary day for an urban consumer may involve travelling in hot weather, working in an air-conditioned office, playing a sport and meeting friends in the evening. Yet clothing is often designed separately for each activity.

According to Sanghavi, ReplyAll wants to address this gap by combining design, material performance and everyday functionality. The latest funding will help the company develop these capabilities further and extend its approach to additional product categories.

Harmind Singh has also outlined a clear principle for product development. He believes every garment should be appealing in appearance while delivering practical value to the person wearing it. In his view, a product that succeeds in only one of these areas is not enough.

The company’s focus on materials is intended to create products that consumers want to wear while also meeting practical needs such as comfort, stretch, breathability and performance.

Investors See an Opportunity in Everyday Performance Wear

Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, founder and managing partner of Sadev Ventures, said the most durable advantages in consumer businesses are often built into the product rather than immediately visible to shoppers.

He noted that ReplyAll’s materials-first strategy stood out from the beginning and believed the approach could become harder for competitors to replicate over time. Bahl also pointed to the brand’s early traction as evidence that consumers were noticing the difference in its products.

Harsh Kapadia, founder and managing partner of Atom XVII, said the firm looks for consumer categories before their growth becomes obvious.

Kapadia observed that Indian consumers now have more occasions, outings and experiences to spend on, while also seeking clothing that can serve multiple purposes. He believes ReplyAll has the product foundation to develop into an everyday wardrobe brand for this changing consumer behaviour.

The investment will support the company’s efforts to expand its product portfolio and build a stronger presence among consumers looking for versatile clothing.

ReplyAll’s Earlier Funding and Investor Backing

The latest round follows ReplyAll’s maiden funding round of Rs 6.8 crore in December 2025. That round was led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund and DeVC.

The first round also attracted angel investors with experience in building direct-to-consumer brands. These included Shantanu Deshpande of Bombay Shaving Company, Revant Bhate of Mosaic Wellness, Ashish Goel of Urban Ladder, Navin Parwal of Mokobara and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya’s.

Sangeet Agarwal and Nikhil Bhandarkar of Panthera Peak Ventures also participated as angel investors.

At the time of its launch, ReplyAll introduced a men’s collection featuring fabrics designed for breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance and stretch, with India’s climate in mind.

With its latest Rs 9.7 crore funding round and the addition of Harmind Singh as co-founder and CMO, ReplyAll plans to deepen its investment in fabric innovation, expand into new categories and strengthen its retail and community presence. The company is positioning itself around the idea that everyday clothing should combine design and functionality across the different parts of consumers’ lives.
