Organized post-sales installation and services platform Wiffy has raised $3 million in a Series A funding round led by Earth Fund, with participation from Japan-based Persol Holdings and existing investor Capria Ventures. The latest investment will help the company strengthen its AI-driven field service platform and accelerate expansion across India.
The funding comes after Wiffy raised ₹25 crore (approximately $3 million) in a Pre-Series A round in July 2024, co-led by Mount Judi Ventures and Capria Ventures, with participation from Blume Founders Fund and other investors. Earlier, the startup had secured $2 million in seed funding in July 2022.
According to the company, the fresh capital will be deployed to expand its technology platform, strengthen AI-powered workforce management capabilities, deepen enterprise partnerships, and accelerate expansion into new service categories.
Founded in 2019 by Vikram Sharma and Deepanshu Goyal, Wiffy operates an organized field services platform that enables installation, maintenance, warranty, and after-sales support for home improvement and consumer durable brands.
The Mumbai-based startup currently delivers services across more than 100 cities through a network of over 5,000 certified technicians, powered by its proprietary AI-enabled platform. Wiffy has partnered with more than 100 leading brands, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich, and Amazon, and has served over one million homes across India.
Its AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform automates key field service operations such as technician scheduling, workforce deployment, quality assurance, and service execution, enabling enterprise clients to efficiently manage both pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
The company says its business model is driven primarily by enterprise demand generated through its brand partnerships, allowing it to maintain minimal customer acquisition costs while scaling operations efficiently.
With increasing demand for organized after-sales service infrastructure and AI-enabled workforce management, Wiffy aims to strengthen its position as a technology partner for consumer brands seeking seamless installation and maintenance services across India.
The latest funding is expected to support the company’s next phase of growth as it expands its technology capabilities, enhances operational efficiency, and broadens its service portfolio.
